FIFTY SEVENTH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the FIFTY SEVENTH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of the above Association will be held at 11.00 a.m. on Saturday, the 22nd day of October 2022.

Please note this meeting is being run in accordance with the Articles of Association and Bye-laws adopted in 2019 and available on the POSK web site www.posk.org/pl/o-nas/statut/

This Meeting will be held in the Malinowa Hall; it can be followed using the meeting app “Zoom” (joining instructions are set out on the next page).

Proposed Agenda:

1. To receive the Minutes of the Fifty sixth Annual General Meeting.

2. To receive the Chair’s Report on behalf of the Directors and Council.

3. To receive the Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2021 together with the Directors’ and Auditors’ Reports thereon.

4. To receive the Report of the Internal Review Committee.

5. To consider and discuss items 2, 3 and 4.

6. To announce the results of voting for Members of the Council for vacant places and those retiring.

7. To announce the results of voting for the Chair of the Association.

8. To announce the results of voting for the Internal Review Committee

9. To reappoint the Auditors.

10. Any other business.
