SCENA POLSKA.UK at POSK (registered as POLISH STAGE Co.UK) is an acclaimed theatre company based in POSK and consisting of professional actors and musicians. Established in 2004 on the initiative of the well known theatre director Helena Kaut-Howson who remains its Artistic Director, the company acts under the patronage and with the support of POSK, presenting two to four new productions a year at the POSK Theatre and in Jazz Caffe. Its wide repertory ranges from poetry recitals to cabaret , from plays to adaptations of literature and large musical spectaculars. High production values and distinctive artistic style of presentation continue to gain the company ever growing numbers of inter generational audience. To date SCENA POLSKA.UK presented 43 highly successful productions, The Company’s mission statement is to maintain and enhance Polish identity abroad, ,to promote our cultural heritage as well as new work informed by the Polish experience in UK .
