Winners of the Grand Prix and 1st place at international music competitions\, nominated for the Fryderyk award for their album of contemporary music. They have performed over 250 recitals in Europe\, Asia\, South America and the United States\, including two concerts at Carnegie Hall.\n\nTheir cooperation with Krzysztof Penderecki resulted in receiving official consent from the Maestro to create an arrangement for violin and accordion of the First Sonata (originally intended for violin and piano). DESCRIPTION:Chess Academy at POSK!\n\n\nWe invite you to the Atrium room – 3rd floor from: 13.00 – 18.00\nFree entrance!\n\n\n\nChess is a game played by two people.\nIt is played on a board called a chessboard\, where 32 pieces of pieces (of six types\, including 8 pawns and 8 figures each\, for a total of 16 for each player) are set up.\nThe aim of the game is to give a mate\, i.e. to threaten the opponent’s king with removal from further play (“rebuff”)\, which cannot be avoided.\nGames\, however\, do not always end in a mate – players often give up if they believe that further play will lead to their ultimate defeat.\nThe rules provide several ways for a game to end in a tie.\nIn addition to the basic rules for moving the runners\, the rules also regulate the equipment used\, time control\, player behavior and ethics\, facilities for disabled players\, the recording of moves using chess notation\, as well as how to deal with irregularities encountered during the game.

She has recorded seven albums\, garnering critical and public acclaim. On Ela’s latest album titled. “Zbieram Siebie” included carefully selected new songs by the Artist\, such as: “Trwaj\, chwilo\, trwaj” (duet with A. Nowak)\, “Posiedzimy sobie razem w kuchni” (duet with K. Kiljański)\, “Zanosi się na noc”.
