He studied painting under the supervision of Professor Sterling in Vienna\, and then Professor Maccioco in Rome. After the outbreak of World War II\, he left for Lviv\, where he found employment as a graphic artist in the Feliks Konarski theater. He performed parodying Charlie Chaplin\, was arrested by the NKVD in 1940 and exiled deep into the USSR. Freed under an amnesty in 1941\, he joined the Polish Army in the East\, which was being organized\, and set off through the Middle East. In the meantime\, he performed in Czołówka Teatralna and Parada Polska. After the end of the war\, he decided to remain in exile\, initially living in Great Britain\, from where he soon left for Argentina. From 1948\, for three years\, he was the artistic director of the film industry-based “Studio Parana” in Buenos Aires. In 1951\, he founded his own painting studio\, and in the mid-1960s\, he decided to move to London\, where he lived until his death.

SUMMARY:07.02| Jazz concert: Tenor Madness: Preludes & Grooves – Bach reimagined!
DESCRIPTION:Tenor Madness: Preludes & Grooves – Bach reimagined!\nThe visionary jazz trio Tenor Madness take a fresh approach to the magnificent music of Johann Sebastian Bach! Themes from vocal and instrumental works are taken on a daring musical journey of improvisation and transformation:\n“As contemporary musicians who love the works of Johann Sebastian Bach\, we discussed how best to bring this great composer’s music alive using the musical language of today – and this is what we came up with!
