Safe return of audiences to POSK

As part of our preparations for the gradual return of audiences to POSK, we have introduce a number of additional or enhanced measures to ensure your safety and comfort.

Key measures we have adopted at POSK during the Covid-19 pandemic to keep our audiences safe:

In line with the Government's guidelines, we are now running our Theatre at full capacity. However, we still recommend that our audiences wear face coverings whenever possible, particularly when moving around the venue, and use hand sanitiser stations.

Our theatre and public areas are well ventilated and cleaned to a high standard.

All tickets are digital-first and paperless to avoid any unnecessary contact.

As the pandemic situation keeps changing, please keep an eye on emails from us in the run up to the event. We will send you the latest information the day before the show to make sure your experience of visiting POSK is as enjoyable and safe as possible.

If you feel unwell at any point before the event or have any symptoms of Covid-19, please stay at home for your and others safety. As part of our flexible arrangements, you will be able to refund your ticket and receive 100% of its value. The only non-refundable element is the Eventbrite transaction fee.

Your data will be temporarily stored and could be passed on to NHS Test & Trace if there is a confirmed outbreak of Covid-19 in the auditorium. Unless instructed otherwise, we will not use your data in any other way.
