The John Donegan Trio with Steve Waterman are launching their new album \u201cInterfuse\u201d @ Jazz Caf\u00e9 POSK. The concert will be featuring material from the new album plus some carefully selected tunes from John\u2019s previous albums!<\/div>\n

John Donegan, the UK Based and originally from Cork, is a modern jazz pianist and composer. His music has been featured on the BBC, Jazz FM, RTE Lyric FM, and many independent radio stations across Ireland, UK, USA, Canada, Australia and Europe. He has performed with a wide range of British, Irish and international artists, including, Art Blakey, Art Farmer, Barney Kessel, Greg Abate, Louis Stewart and many more.<\/div>\n
John had performed in the UK, Ireland, France, Spain and Portugal and in Birdland in New York. John has written a Suite of contemporary music influenced by his involvement in Jazz and by his native Irish traditional music. These have been released in two albums entitled Siamsa (Irish for entertainment) Volumes1&2.<\/div>\n
He has also created jazz arrangements of 6 Chopin pieces, 2 John Field pieces and written his own original Nocturnes and these have been performed at The Chopin Festival in London and other venues in the UK.<\/div>\n
