On 5 March 2025, a meeting with representatives of the Polish diaspora was held at the Polish Social and Cultural Centre with the participation of the Speaker of the Polish Senate, Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska, organised by the Polish Embassy in London.
‘I am very happy that once again we can meet. The last time I was at the Polish Social & Cultural Association POSK was exactly four years ago, and since then I have kept in touch with many of you,’ said Senate Speaker Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska at a meeting with the Polish community at the Polish Social and Cultural Centre in London. This is a unique place that has brought together Poles in the UK for over 60 years.
‘Poles around the world are doing fantastic things and have great power. Each and every one of them is our best ambassador,’ the Speaker pointed out.
In the delegation, the Speaker of the Senate was accompanied by Senators Ewa Monika Kaliszuk – Senator of the Republic of Poland, Grzegorz Schetyna and Robert Tyszkiewicz – Coordinator for Polonia and Poles Abroad.
