Talking and Exploring has teamed up with POSK (and supported by PAFT) to remember the Polish Solidarity movement and the terror of martial law. We offer two talks: one on 13th and the other on 20th of December, between 19.00 and 21.00, at the POSK center.

The first parts will be to do with Solidarity – the first giving an account of the British support for Solidarity by one of those involved, Wiktor Moszczyński, the second the story of the reaction in Delhi to the imposition of Martial Law in Poland again given by a person directly involved, Sushil Pandit.  After a break, there will be a short talk – an outline of the history of Poland  on the 13th, and a longer talk – the history of ancient Kashmir on the 20th.   The talks will be in English.

Feel welcome! The events are free but registration required due to the venue capacity. Click here to sign up.
