“Grand Jubilee Ball” to celebrate the 60th anniversary of POSK!
Join the special celebration POSK’s 60th anniversary and Sami Swoi’s 20th anniversary!
The ball will be hosted by well-known BBC journalist Kasia Madera.
A performance by soloist Lukasz Karauda, a performance by the Tatra band, and music by DJ WALDEMAR RUDNIK in the intervals.
Music played on the new Steinway & Sons B Classic Grand piano.

Starter:
1. Paté Traditional pork pate with a hint of spice served with cranberries from Polish orchards and wholemeal toast
2. Vegetarian lard based on white beans and chickpeas with apple and roasted onion, served with small-salt cucumber and butternut squash.
Main course:
1. Duck leg served with roasted new potatoes with red chubrin and fried beets.
2. Vegetarian stuffed cabbage served with pureed tomato sauce, green beans and roasted potatoes.
Dessert:
Szarlotka + liqueurs made from Polish fruits prepared in “Lowiczanka” restaurant by the chef.
