Announcement of tender for rental of premises “Terraces”
The Polish Social and Cultural Association (POSK) in London invites you to participate in a tender for the lease of the commercial premises “Terraces”, intended for catering activities.
The premises are located in the POSK building at 238-246 King Street, Hammersmith, London.
Subject of the tender:
The commercial premises with an area of 217.8 m², located on the fourth floor of the POSK building, includes: a restaurant room, bar, kitchen, utility rooms, a large viewing terrace and access to a toilet.
The premises are equipped with heating, water and sewage and gas installations.
The property requires minor renovation work and adaptation to the needs of the catering business, which will be carried out at the expense of the tenant.
Purpose of the premises:
The premises are intended for the operation of a catering business and bar, serving Polish cuisine, cold and hot drinks, hot and cold snacks, desserts, cakes and alcohol.
The tenant is required to have a license to sell alcohol.
Opening hours of the premises:
08:00 – 23:00 Sunday through Thursday,
08:00 – 24:00 on Fridays,
08:00 – 01:00 on Saturdays.
On weekends, it is possible to organize dance parties and cultural events in line with POSK’s business profile.
Financial terms:
Minimum asking rental price: £4500 net per month.
The lease agreement will be for a period of 5 years.
Monthly rental costs include:
Rent of £4500;
Charges for utilities (electricity, water, sewage) according to consumption;
Local tax (rates);
Flat fee for municipal waste collection.
The deposit is £1000.
Bidding rules:
Bids must be submitted in writing by October 24, 2024, 5:00 pm, to the following address: POSK Secretariat, 238-246 King Street, W6 0RF, marked: “Tender for lease of premises Terraces on the fourth floor”.
The opening of the bids will take place on October 25, 2024 at 4:00 pm at the POSK headquarters.
The selection of the most advantageous bid will be determined, among other things.
The attractiveness of the design of the decor and the plan for running the catering business.
The best bids will be invited to participate in the second round.
The tender will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of POSK’s Articles of Association and Regulations.

Publication date of the announcement: October 6, 2024.
