Face to face. Intergenerational meet-ups at POSK.
In a world of screens and notifications, we’re meeting in person less and less often: sitting round a table, over a cup of tea, looking each other in the eye. That’s why we’re inviting you to a series of meet-ups as part of the ‘Together in the UK’ programme, which brings together generations, healthy habits and good fun.

People are what matter most here. It’s an opportunity to meet new people, share experiences and simply have a chat, regardless of age.

The programme also includes facial yoga with the amazing Ewa Aleksandra Żak. This is an increasingly popular trend, and regular facial exercises and massage, just like other healthy habits, can be the key to looking and feeling better. We promise there’ll be plenty of laughter too, because making funny faces together is the best way to break the ice.

After the exercises, we invite you to join us for coffee and tea. There’ll be time for conversation, networking and a bit of brainstorming: how to develop our meetings so that they’re a source of knowledge and inspiration, whilst also providing a healthy dose of joy.
